Mark McKenna, CSCS, PN1, Titleist Performance Institute Certified

With over 13 years of experience in the personal training industry, I am committed to helping people feel stronger, move better, and live healthier. Whether your goal is to get in shape, improve performance, or simply feel more confident in your body, I bring a supportive and experienced approach to every session. I hold a CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Precision Nutrition Level One certification, Titleist Performance Institiute (TPI) Level 1, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science from UMass Boston.

While I work with individuals from all backgrounds, I specialize in golf fitness. I help players at every level, from juniors and collegiate athletes to weekend golfers, play better, longer, and with less pain. My approach includes strength training, mobility work, and swing-specific movement strategies that improve performance and reduce injury risk.

When I am not training clients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors here in Maine. I love hiking, skiing, fishing, and golfing. I also have a passion for the gym, gardening, and cooking.
