Parkinson’s Fitness & Boxing

Individualized exercise programs designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence for individuals living with Parkinson's disease.

At McKenna Fitness, I provide individualized one-on-one exercise sessions that combine boxing-inspired training with strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise to help you move with greater confidence and independence.

Every program is tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and goals.

  • Balance and fall prevention exercises

  • Gait and functional movement training

  • Cardiovascular conditioning

  • Coordination and cognitive dual-task exercises

Every exercise can be modified based on your current abilities.
